By accessing or using EH Assets, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this platform. By using EH Assets, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Authentication is handled via Roblox OAuth. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, including any content uploaded or actions taken under your credentials.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate authenticated accounts from using EH Assets with or without notice and for any reason, including but not limited to abuse or violation of these terms.
You may optionally link a Discord account to your EH Assets profile. This is used to verify moderator status within our Discord server and to facilitate contact between commission owners and interested users. By linking your Discord account, you consent to us storing your Discord user ID, username, and avatar. You may unlink your Discord account at any time from your profile page. Unlinking will permanently remove your stored Discord data from our systems.
You must not link a Discord account that does not belong to you, or attempt to exploit the linking system to gain unauthorised moderator privileges on the platform.
You are solely responsible for any content you upload or submit to EH Assets, including map images, descriptions, metadata, map IDs, private server listings, commission listings, portfolio entries, work sample images, profile banners, and profile bios. When you submit content, you confirm that:
By submitting content, you grant EH Assets a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to store, host, and display your content publicly through the platform.
EH Assets allows users to list Emergency Hamburg private servers by submitting their unique 8-character join code. By listing a private server, you confirm that:
All private server listings are reviewed by moderators before appearing publicly. We reserve the right to reject or remove listings that violate these terms or our Community Guidelines, without notice. Join codes must be exactly 8 lowercase alphanumeric characters as assigned within Emergency Hamburg.
The Talent Hub allows users to list commissions offering their creative services to the Emergency Hamburg community. By listing a commission, you confirm that:
EH Assets does not mediate, guarantee, or take any responsibility for transactions, agreements, or disputes that arise between commission owners and interested users. Any arrangements made are entirely between the parties involved. We are not a party to any commission agreement and accept no liability for non-delivery, disputes, payments, or any other outcomes.
All commission listings are reviewed by moderators before appearing publicly. We reserve the right to reject or remove listings that violate these terms or our Community Guidelines, without notice.
Users may create a portfolio to showcase their past work and skills. Portfolio content is publicly visible when published. You are responsible for ensuring that all portfolio content, including work samples, images, and descriptions, is your own work or that you have permission to display it. Do not include work that belongs to other creators without their explicit consent.
We reserve the right to remove portfolio content that violates these terms without notice.
You may customise your profile with a banner image (or GIF) and a bio. Profile banners and bios are publicly visible to all users of the platform. You are responsible for ensuring that any banner or bio content complies with these terms and our Community Guidelines. In particular:

Our moderation team reviews all map upload requests, private server listings, and commission listings, approving or rejecting them at our discretion. We reserve the right to review, modify, or remove any content at any time and without notice, including previously approved content, if it violates these terms or our Community Guidelines, is illegal, harmful, inappropriate, or misleading, or poses a risk to the platform or its users.

Images uploaded to EH Assets - including map images, private server screenshots, commission previews, portfolio work samples, and profile banners - are publicly visible on the platform. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload any images you submit. We do not verify the accuracy, quality, or safety of user-uploaded content. We are not responsible for user-uploaded content and may remove images at any time if they violate these terms.
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or permanent storage of content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EH Assets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the platform, loss of data or uploaded content, user-generated content displayed on the platform, or any arrangements, transactions, or disputes arising from commission, portfolio, or private server interactions between users.
We may suspend or permanently terminate your access at any time, with or without notice and for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms or behaviour that harms the platform or its community.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
