By accessing or using EH Assets, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this platform. By using EH Assets, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts & Authentication

Authentication is handled via Roblox OAuth. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate authenticated accounts from using EH Assets in our discretion, especially in cases of abuse or violation of these terms.

4. User Content

When you upload content (including map images, descriptions, and metadata), you confirm that:

• You own the content or have full rights to upload and share it
• The content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, or other legal rights

By uploading content, you grant EH Assets a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Store, host, and display your content
• Distribute it publicly through the platform

5. Content Moderation

Our moderation team will review all map upload requests. These are either approved or rejected. Approved content can be modified at any point without approval from a moderator. When modifying an approved upload, you agree to follow these terms.

We reserve the right to remove or modify any content without notice if it:

• Violates these terms
• Is illegal, harmful, inappropriate, or misleading
• Poses a risk to the platform or its users

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Upload images or content that are illegal, harmful, or infringe intellectual property rights
• Upload inappropriate, explicit, or offensive content
• Attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform
• Impersonate others or falsely claim ownership of content

7. Uploaded Images

Images uploaded to EH Assets are publicly visible on the platform.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload any images you submit.

We do not verify the accuracy, quality, or safety of user-uploaded content.

We are not responsible for user-uploaded content and may remove images at any time if they violate these terms.

8. Service Availability

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or permanent storage of content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EH Assets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use the platform
• Loss of data or uploaded content
• User-generated content displayed on the platform

10. Termination

We may suspend or permanently terminate your access at any time, without notice, if you violate these terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United Kingdom.
