What We Collect

When you sign in with Roblox, we collect your Roblox user ID, username, and avatar URL. We use this only to attribute uploaded maps, private servers, commissions, and profile content to your account.

When you upload a map, we store the map name, description, file, tags, map ID and your Roblox information listed above.

When you list a private server, we store the server name, description, join code, tags, screenshots, and your Roblox information listed above. Private server listings are publicly visible once approved by a moderator.

When you list a commission on the Talent Hub, we store the commission title, description, pricing information, preview images, and associated metadata. Commissions are publicly visible once approved by a moderator.

When you create or edit a portfolio, we store your headline, bio, skills, availability status, and any work sample images you upload. Portfolios are publicly visible on your profile when published.

If you choose to link your Discord account, we additionally collect your Discord user ID, username, and avatar URL. This is stored alongside your Roblox ID and is used solely for moderation purposes and to facilitate contact between commission creators and interested users.

If you choose to customise your profile, we store your profile bio (up to 200 characters of plain text) and your profile banner image or GIF. This content is publicly visible on your profile page.

How We Use It

Your Roblox information is used solely to display your username and avatar next to your uploaded maps, private servers, commissions, and on your profile. Your Discord information, if linked, is used to determine role status on the platform and to facilitate contact between commission owners and users who have expressed interest in their commissions. Profile bios, banners, portfolios, private server listings, and commission listings are stored and displayed publicly as part of your profile. We do not sell, share, or monetise your data in any way.

Roblox OAuth

We use Roblox's OAuth2 system to authenticate users. We request the openid and profile scopes, which give us access to your Roblox user ID, username, and avatar. We do not access your inventory, friends, Robux balance, game data, or any other Roblox account information.

Discord Linking

You may optionally link your Discord account to your EH Assets profile. We use Discord's OAuth2 system and request only the identify scope, which gives us your Discord user ID, username, and avatar. We do not access your messages, servers, friends, or any other Discord data. You can unlink your Discord account at any time from your profile page, which will permanently delete the stored Discord data from our systems.

Private Servers

When you submit a private server listing, we store the server name, description, join code, tags, and any screenshots you upload. This information is publicly visible once approved by a moderator. You may edit or delete your server listing at any time from the relevant pages. Deleting a server listing will permanently remove any associated images from our servers. The join code you submit is displayed publicly so that other users can join your server.

Commissions & Portfolio

Content you submit to the Talent Hub - including commission listings, portfolio entries, work sample images, and availability status - is stored on our servers and made publicly visible once approved. You may edit or delete your commission listings and portfolio content at any time from the relevant pages. Deleting a commission or work sample will permanently remove any associated images from our servers.

When a user expresses interest in your commission, we store that association (your Roblox ID and theirs) so that you can view a list of interested users and contact them. This information is visible only to the commission owner and platform moderators.

Profile Banners & Bios

If you upload a profile banner or set a bio, this content is stored on our servers and displayed publicly on your profile page. You may update or remove your banner and bio at any time from your profile. Removing a banner permanently deletes the stored file from our systems. Bios are stored as plain text only - links and HTML are not permitted and are filtered on submission.

Uploaded Files

Files you upload - including map images, private server screenshots, commission preview images, portfolio work sample images, and profile banners - are stored on our server and made publicly accessible. Do not upload files you do not have the rights to share. You can request deletion of your uploads by contacting us.

Cookies & Sessions

We use server-side sessions to keep you signed in for up to 30 days. These sessions expire when you log out or after 30 days of inactivity. No third-party tracking cookies are used.

If you remove your profile banner, portfolio work sample, or private server listing, associated files are deleted immediately. You may request full deletion of your account data, including uploaded maps, private server listings, commission listings, portfolio content, and associated information, by contacting us via our community Discord server.
